2013 industrial solutions Solutions ISC acquired the agency to act as an exclusive distributor for Kinco International

2017 An Egyptian-Chinese partnership to have GEISC, and then working as an exclusive distributor for it in Egypt 2018 Adding a branch to the company in the city of Alexandria

2019 add activity of domestic and packaging machinery and spare parts trade, imported from China and India 2020 Adding a branch to the company in 6th of October City in

تأسست الحلول الصناعية  عام  2009 

 عملت الشركة كوزع لكبري الشركات المحلية في المجال لمدة عامين من خلال مقرها الرئيسي بمدينة العاشر من رمضان  
 
 من خلال مكتبها الفني القائم بأعمال تطوير وتحديث الماكينات وخطوط الانتاج 
 
 2011 اضافة نشاط تجاري لبيع قطع الغيار من خلال محل تجاري بالاردنية 
 
حصلت الحلول الصناعية علي وكالة العمل كموزع حصري لشركة كينكو العالميه عام 2013
 
شراكة مصرية صينية في شركة جيسك والعمل كموزع حصري لها بمصر عام 2017
 
 2018  اضافه  فرع للشركة في مدينة الاسكندريه عام 
 
اضافة نشاط  تجارة ماكينات التعبئه والتغليف وقطع الغيار الخاصه بها  المحليه والمستورده من الصين والهند 2019
 
 2020  اضافه  فرع للشركة في مدينة السادس من اكتوبر عام
